Can you believe it all started with a
coffee date that never happened and
instead turned into a week long cruise with

Germaine and Naomi?

I have watched them over the last 4 years and have always admired
them for their creativity and how health conscious they are. Although I am
naturally a savory kind of person, I couldn’t resist the beauty of these
Gems, telling them “If they taste as good as they look I could beconvinced”.

Well after the cruise and eating average desserts, I ventured to North Queensland to try these little beauties out for myself. And voilà, totally impressed, the taste, the texture, the balance of flavour was irresistible. My first favourite was Lemon Tingle,

as I love citrus but before long I was finding it hard to have

a favourite, steering towards Beach Bounty and Caramel Ice-Cream Bar
but always having a Lemon Tingle on hand. I was so excited they were
franchising and I asked myself “Could I do this” I couldn’t get it out of
my mind,day and night. I decided to look into it more, in more detail.

And I must admit, it was daunting but after a

number of trips to North Queensland

I knew I had found my calling.
